Quiz Wednesday on Skeletal System

Posted in 7th Grade at 10:35 am by slesscience

7th Graders,

On Wednesday, we will take a short quiz over the bones in the human body.  Make sure you know how to spell them and know their correct locations.  A good diagram is on page 345 in the textbook. Notice that the carpals are by the wrist while the metacarpals are in the palm.  In the feet the tarsals are by the ankle while the metatarsals are the bridge of the foot.  KidsHealth.org has a little video you can watch to practice.

Hey, I wasn’t here yesterday and I heard what happened to Joey. I hope he’s okay. Also, could you tell me which bones I DON’T need to know for the quiz tomorrow. I know I have to study pg. 345 diagram, but do I have to study all of it? Thanks!

I may have not looked hard enough, but I couldn’t find the video. I looked at the bone diagram and it only showed the inside of the bone. Again, I may have over looked it.
    Thanks
    Hope

P.S. I HOPE JOEY GETS BETTER!!

    hey mr. kremer,
I’m trying to work on the mini quizzes from the virtual pig dissection but my computer says that I need a internet plug-in. I know this is due tomorrow but I was wondering if I could come to school early to work on them. I have to take notes on four of the systems and take the quiz for each of them to, so it might take me while. Is it ok if I come early tomorrow?
