hi Mr. K. During labor, the cervix gets enlarged because of muscles in the uterus
And labor can usually last from 2 to 20 hours. Labor is the fist step to giving birth.

    Mr K.

The zygote stage is when the egg cell and the sperm cell join. The zygote will move down the the oviduct and toward the uterus. The trip takes about four days, then the zygote will then begin to divide and keep dividing until it makes a ball. The the ball attaches to the uterus and develops into a baby.

The fetus is the embryo from the ninth week until birth. At this point, many internal organs have developed. The eyes are developing and it has fingers and toes.

    Hey Mr.K,
Embryo is the second stage in the human life cycle after zygote. When the growing mass of hundreds of of cells forms a hollow ball, this ball attaches to the lining of the uterus. For about the next six weeks, the developing human is called the embryo!

    Hope this is sufficient information!

    Adolescence…
in adolescence there are physical changes like puberty when girls hips widen and when boys finally get deep voices and things like that. there are mental changes like getting to reason like an adult and we get to experience peer pressure!! how exciting…. welll i guess that’s it…. bye!

The fetus is the name of the embryo after its ninth week of development. By the end of the first nine weeks the fetus is beginning to become a distinctly human-shaped organism. The fourth through sixth months serve the purpose of developing the tissues into recognizable shapes. The last three months are used to prepare the fetus to survive out of the mother’s body. At the end of the ninth month, the baby is born.

    I am doing birth.
There are 4 stages of birth, labor, delivery, afterbirth, and birth and the baby.

Labor: Muscles in the contract to push the baby out of the mother’s body, enlarging the cervix so the baby can fit.
Delivery: The baby is pushed out of the uterus and through the vagina exiting the body
Afterbirth: Within a half hour of birth more contractions begin pushing the placenta out of the body
Birth and the Baby: the contractions put pressure on the umbilical cord cutting off the baby’s supply of oxygen.

    CHILDHOOD

Childhood begins when a child is about two years of age. A child continues to grow until about the age of thirteen. A child gradually becomes more independent and active. When the child is a teenager, they begin to see many mental and physical changes. Some of these changes are the child being taller, heavier, more control over their body, baby teeth fall out and adult teeth come in, and increased mental abilities.

    Jessica is doing the Embryo…..

The Embryo stage is when the embryo attaches to the uterus and then the hollow ball of cells grows inward. New membranes form, one membrane surrounds the embryo and develops into a fluid-filled sac called the amniotic sac. The fluid in the sac cushions and protects the developing baby. Another membrane forms in the placenta. Then the embryo moves a short distanace from the placenta. The umbilical cord forms between embryo and placenta. And it attaches the embryo to the mother.

    Childhood,

Childhood begins at about the age of two and ends at about the age of 13. During these years, children become a lot more active and independent. These years are very important in your life because you experience many physical and mental changes. Through out the age of childhood, you experience changes such as growth, cordination, and increased appetite. This period is also very important because it is a time where kids can make friends and care about each other.

Here is my post about childhood:
Childhood begins when infancy ends which is about 2 years old and lasts until about 13 years old. Some of the physical changes throughout childhood are becoming taller and heavier as the bones and muscles get bigger, becoming more coordinated, and growing permanent teeth. Some of the other changes are learning to read, solve problems, and language skills develop quickly. Between 3 & 6 years old, kids learn to play and share with other kids.

    Infancy

Infancy is the stage of life that occurs right after childbirth, during the first two years of life. It is when the baby is most vulnerable. At first, the baby can only suck, cry, blink, and yawn, but as the baby grows, it learns to walk and talk. During this stage, the baby undergoes rapid growth. Even though a baby matures, it still does not know what can hurt it so it must have constant supervision.

    The Zygote
After a sperm meets an egg, it goes down the oviduct to the uterus. It take about 4 days to get to the uterus. While it is on the way to the uterus, it begins to divide. The cells divide from one cell to two and two to four and so on. Finally it forms into a hollow ball of hundreds of cells and attaches to the uterus.

    Hi Mr. Kremer

I have birth: During labor the cervix enlarges to allow the baby to pass through the opening. Labor may last from about 2 hours to more than 20. The next step is delivery: when the baby is pushed out of the uterus, through the vagina, out of the mother’s body. This process can take from several minutes to a few hours.
The last step is afterbirth, about fifteen minutes after delivery, contractions push the placenta out of the uterus, through the vagina. This process takes less than an hour.

    Thanks Mr. Kremer,
    Chris

You turn into a adult at 16 or 18, this brings more responsibilities and rights. To stay healthy you have to eat well and exercise often. Even though you are a adult and are fully grown your body still goes through changes. Some changes that come with age are wrinkled skin, weaker eye sight, and changes in hair color.

    hi Mr. K
Adolescence is when a child begins to experience some changes of becoming an adult. some of these changes are puberty, mental and social changes. for girls their hips widen, breasts increase, and the sex organs begin to develop. for boys the sperm production begins, their voice deepens. girls tend to go through puberty earlier than boys. in adolescence teens most likely experience peer pressure. peer pressure is when your friends tell you that you should do something. this could have a good effect or bad effect.

It is hard to know when adulthood begins. At the age of 30 more physical changes occur like wrinkles, muscle weakness, and loss of focussed vision. At forty it is important to have good exercise and diet so the lungs and heart are in good shape.

Adolescence begins when a child turns about 12. You begin to look very different, this is because sometime between the ages of 9 and 14 you start going through puberty. Puberty in men and women can be very different. In girls hormones produced by the pituitary gland and the ovaries control the physical changes in puberty. Such as sex organs developing, ovulation, mensturation, the breasts begin to enlarge, the hips start to widen, the oil in the skin increases and body oder increases as well. In guys hormones from the testes and the pituitary gland control the physical changes of puberty. Such as the voice deepening, hair developing on the chest and face, the sex organs begin to develop, like the girls the oil in skin increases as well as the body oder

    Hi Mr. K,

The embryo is a fertilized egg, and the second stage of development, after zygote, formed when a male sperm cell forms with the female egg cell. These developing cells, form specialized structures and grow. This stage can happen in either animals or plants.

    ZYGOTE

A zygote is a when a male sex cell, the sperm, and the female sex cell, the egg, combine to make a fertilized egg. Then the zygote is sent down the oviduct and into the uterus. There, the cells divide several time until it has formed a hollow ball. The ball sticks onto the lining of the uterus, until it creates an embryo, then into a new born baby.
    Cheers
