Mr. Kremer, I’m working on my advertisement at the moment for the thyroid gland. My advertisement is a bumper sticker, and as you are well aware… you don’t have much space for information on a bumper sticker. Do I need to cram in a huge amount of scientific facts or can I just say something like “The Thyroid Gland: The Only Gland Shaped Like A Butterfly?”

No, just be prepared to explain your bumper sticker in class. You could write an explanation on the back, but simple is fine. (One Note: Focus on its function not its shape)

I have adrenal insufficiency as my topic for the research paper. On one of the websites (merck.com) it only has information on secondary adrenal insufficiency. Is that the same thing?
