ISEF Rule Wizard and Forms
7th and 8th Graders,
Be sure to complete the ISEF Pre-Authorization forms. They are due on Friday. One forma needs your parent’s signature so don’t put it off until the last minute. I will give you some time in class to work on them, but you should also spend time at home on them.

Hey Mr. Kremer,
I turned in my bibliography, research plan, background info, and authorization forms but I didn’t sign or get my parents to sign.
Could I get them tomorrow from you and get them signed?!

hi Mr. Kremer,
Is it okay to fill some things on the pre-authorization form by hand, because my computer wont let me click on some things, or I could come early tomorrow and connect my flash drive and finish it there.

Fill out as much as you can on the computer. If it won’t work on every field then you can hand write in the rest with black ink.
